- Is my service right for Hibiscourse?
- Hibiscourse visitors are interested in all kinds of education services. We have listings for quick learnings, courses of all kind, seminars, factory tours, and more. Even a spare room can be a great offer for other small providers.
- Any tips on being a great Hibiscourse provider?
- Getting the basics down goes a long way. Upload high quality images and make sure the description is flawless: what will your customers learn or see, where does the offer take place, what can they take home, on what dates does the offer take place, are there any discounts?
- What are Hibiscourse’s fees?
- Hibiscourse typically collects a flat service fee of 7.8% of the reservation subtotal when you get paid. This fee includes all Hibiscourse services and payment fees (credit cards, Twint, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc). Boost your listing for an additional 2% per transaction. Being part of our catalog is completely for free!
- Can I integrate by API?
- We are working on an API integration so that you can attach your ERP, CRM or CMS. We will inform you as soon as ready.
- What are my cancellation options?
- We provide four different levels of cancellation. You can choose from flexible (cancel upto 24h before begin), moderate (cancel upto 5 days before begin), firm (cancel at least 30 days before begin) or strict (cancel at least 30 days before begin and within 48h after booking). In case of a cancellation, customers get full refund.
